Called RML after discovering the bath was leaking through the ceiling, and discuss a refit of our barely functioning 1980s bathroom. After arranging a time, Rich turned up promptly and fixed the leak and discussed the refit. RML can do it all, plastering, tilling, flooring, electrics and of course plumbing. it was such a relief to find a team who could take the weight off our minds without arranging different trades for each stage and meet the timings. Within a week of the visit Rich had done a quote and the work was booked in. The team were friendly and respectful and did a fantastic job transforming my bathroom into a clean, bright airy space with fantastic new fittings and the difference to the water pressure on the taps is night and day, no more artex cracked ceiling (whoop!). Rich was really helpful and patient via my emails choosing tiles, shower and a cabinet, and places to go/brands to look at. It has been great to see each stage, and the huge amount of work involved reassured us to 'stay in our lane' and leave it to the experts. I would totally recommend RML, and would book them again.

Rml were very quick to reply, arranged a very quick appointment, attended & remedied the shower, checked everything worked correctly, they even checked the taps on the sink and bath for me. We have just had our central heating power flushed and I am impressed by the wonderfull job the engineer carried out, nothing was too much trouble for him, he is a credit to the company. We had a new Ideal boiler fitted 12 months ago but they never flushed the system. All the radiators have been cleaned and all setting completed.. A great job well done. Did an awesome job of installing my new gas hob. Was very profesional and made sure the installation was done correctly. He had to remove the old gas pipe and replace it with a brand new pipe and fittings. I would definitely recommend using them for any gas installation work.
