RICHMOND VILLAGES NORTHAMPTON REVIEWS

Richmond Retirement Village is set in a well spaced development with separate blocks of three storey buildings housing one and two-bedroom apartments. There are plenty of planted and open areas connected by well maintained paths and paved areas. The apartments are well fitted out and the residents supported by professional staff offering varying levels of assistance as required. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere.

After securing a room for my uncle, who had been taken into hospital from another care home and sadly never made it to Richmond. I can honestly say that every one of the staff went out of their way to help us get his room prepared and then cleared when he died. They were kind, sensitive and made the whole experience the best it could possibly have been. I would highly recommend the Richmond to anyone who loves the person needing a warm and caring home.

We visited the park on a (Try Before you Buy) basis and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Whilst we were there we looked around several properties before deciding on one that we immediately fell in love with. We had tremendous help and guidance from Zena Williamson Senior Village Adviser, who was and has been very helpfull during the whole process. We cannot thank her enough for all her help and assistance.

I visited a friend who is a resident of the retirement village and I have submitted an application and hope to be able to rent an apartment. I found it to be very friendly, secure and would feel very safe living here.

Well laid out stage for our band. A very good environment.

THE HAWTHORNS NORTHAMPTON REVIEWS

Eighteen months ago a friend told us about the Hawthorns Northampton as a possibility for my lonely and widowed father. Straightaway we knew the Hawthorns would be the perfect environment for him. His apartment is amazing and ideal for his needs. He values the independence it affords, but equally appreciates the sense of community and interaction with others. We have seen an incredible change in his well-being and personality, which we put down to the nurturing environment provided and the friends he's made there. We cannot praise the entire staff highly enough. Above and beyond sounds like a cliché, but it is so true of the Hawthorns team, on a daily basis. There is a true commitment to the residents and their well-being is always paramount. Thank you to the Hawthorns for helping to turn my father's life around, he's found his happy place.

We needed somewhere to stay at short notice due to urgent repair works. From our very first contact the staff have been very friendly, helpful and professional. We’re looking forward to moving in tomorrow John and Diana Lawrence.

My nan has been at the Hawthornes for 18 months and I can't thank them enough for their warm welcome and continued support. The staff are amazing here and genuinely care about the residents wellbeing. The accommodation and facilities are immaculate. Highly recommend.
