The staff were very friendly and made the whole experience tolerable.My car was returned to me looking like new, and the valet it was given was the "icing on the cake". Directed to Steer as Admiral’s approved repairers, and couldn’t fault them. The process was so easy, they collected my car & delivered a courtesy car. Was in contact multiple times each week to confirm receipt of my car, confirmation of works etc, and were happy to take my constant phone calls each day for updates and due to alerts on my Mercedes app. They even quoted extra work for me, beating quotes by miles that I’d had done locally to me, and upon receipt of my car, couldn’t have done a better job, the paintwork is immaculate. They even sourced a replacement custom grille to match my previous (Thankyou Amy!!!), and valeted my car before returning. They did have my car a little longer than expected due to delay on parts, but my car came back perfect, and couldn’t fault the team.

Car was brought in from insurer after a hit and run. Through the whole process Steer were engaging and kept me informed of the entire process. Entire repair sorted within two weeks also. Cannot recommend enough.

Got my new black alloys fitted today and I’m very pleased with how it’s turned out, they got delivered today and got me in straight away! everyone is lovely in there with all nice people in the workplace. Highly recommend everyone to come and get whatever they need doing as they provide such a great service! Will definitely be back again and continue to keep using them for the future.

Had some crash damage to the front front of my vehicle Only took him four days to repair and the job was completed with such professionalism. I am over the moon came back to collect the car and then washed and waxed it. People are really friendly would certainly recommend them again.

Just collected my car a 435d bmw front end damage and some internal damage, all parts that were required were replaced, and a fantastic job back to new again all the work and parts have 5,year guarantee so piece of mind, very happy from start to finish with the service I have received from Excel all staff I dealt with were very helpful the chap and lady at front desk whom I cannot remember their names but know who they are, they supplied me with a free courtesy car whilst my car was being repaired. A mention to of Rob who handed my car back to me and answered a few questions I had for him and he reassured me the car is back to the original spec, so cheers again Rob and all the staff from excel, quite simply excellent. - Antony H Reply
