Visited today for a gait analysis and help with the appropriate running footwear and Mark did not disappoint. Mark was excellent, took the time to understand what I wanted and being a complete newbie (for 3weeks) to running spoke about my future plans and aspirations with running to pick me the most suitable running footwear. I came away with exactly what I wanted and the most appropriate for how I was running and discussed running on different terrain and had a selection from a few. Errol was also there as I was checking out and added some extra things to think about and implement. I wanted to make sure I had the right footwear to prevent/limit any issues arising in the future and the visit to store today did not disappoint.

Came in with my daughter today for her gait analysis and first pair of running shoes. The lady (sorry don’t know your name) was very friendly and made my rather anxious daughter feel relaxed. Asked lots of questions to know exactly what pair of running shoes were needed. Tried running in a selection and bought the most comfortable one. No pressure to buy at all, but staff are obviously knowledgeable and very welcoming. Thank you!

Excellent experience. We went in to get advice on running shoes. My partner had a test and staff member ordered shoes for him, as his size was not in stock at the store. They got delivered a couple of days later and we went back to try them on. Partner is very happy and comfy in his new shoes. Fabulous service. Thanks!

First time in Nottingham and a busy place.good store made even better by a very helpful young lady who wasn't pushy . shopping with friends and as my Olympian days are over was offered a seat whilst waiting.the staff are a credit.i lied about being an Olympian more of an old codger.

Abdulahi is a worker there , he is got 100 percent customer service , such a patient worker , even when the co worker was being rude one guy close to him , he was still calm and smiling, gr8 guy,he is d best.
