Having visited the Castle Marina Nottingham store we were met by Stewart Jordan with a very welcoming smile. We knew exactly what we wanted and he directed us and gave us all the information on the item including delivery dates. Stewart was polite, courteous & very professional and he is a credit to your company and the store in which he works within. We came away very happy.

Just purchased a dining table with 6 chairs and 2 breakfast bar stools from furniture village Nottingham , cannot wait for them to be delivered . Served by Stewart , what a nice guy , made us feel welcome & under no pressure , very efficient giving us lots of advice on aftercare , he’s certainly an asset to furniture village .

Dealt with Nick Cameron he was extremely helpful and lovely, he made sure we understood everything and even convinced us to take out an extended warranty with our dining table. Super friendly and genuine service which is just what we wanted. Thanks nick.

Amazing Company, Amazing Furniture! From start to finish, Eat Sleep Live were phenomenal. Rachael Wade was brilliant, from ordering, to delivery, to after sales. The Delivery Crew were brilliant, getting out beautiful table up to the 3rd floor when the lift was too small to accommodate. The table itself is perfect and the centre piece of our kitchen/diner/lounge. I could not recommend Eat Sleet Live highly enough.

Absolutely love our new Hudson bed and under storage box. The quality is amazing and we cannot fault the service. We were happily surprised by how quick delivery was after we ordered. We visited the shop and enjoyed a tour round the beautiful workshop. We had been previously let down by another small business so we were nervous but our faith has been restored.

We recently purchased a bed and a chest of draws, I can honestly say I’ve never seen build quality like it, real quality wood, hand made and assembled. These will quite honestly last you a life time, the cost of ownership over time will be much lower than standard off the shelf furniture that generally breaks or looks ratty after a couple of years.

Beautiful quality furniture with character at comparable prices to the other less unique sofa shops, Tracy was very helpful though the process of ordering our new sofa, delivery options were about 2 weeks out which was perfect for planning its arrival. Very happy with the service. I will be back next time we're looking for home furnishings.

Visited the Nottingham Store today & received 5 star service from Tracey Rowley. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable & kind. There was no pushy sales tactics. This was our first experience with Barker & Stonehouse & we were highly impressed. Huge thanks to Tracey, she’s an absolute asset to the company.

Great shop. We were helped by Andrew who was friendly, chatty, not pushy. He gave us lots of info about a sofa we liked…we decided to buy it. I’m already thinking about returning to buy another sofa for another room.
