Really lovely people!!! My bike chain had some issues and I brought it to the shop to have a look. It has been fixed in few minutes and they also helped to check the brakes & tyres. He did not want to charge me anything!! Even when I insist to leave the bike to have a full check (so I can pay for it) but he said my bike is fine and I can just bring it home. My last experience with another bike shop was a disaster. This was a great experience! Fast, efficient and kind!! Thank you very very much!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to fix the bike, buy secondhand bikes etc.

Came in because I thought my bike needed a full fix and the man very nicely oiled up the chains pumped up my tires gave me some zip ties to prevent my wheels being nicked again and explained some helpful tips about bikes all for free and sent me on my way. Will return if my bike ever has a problem! Extremely nice staff.

I honestly would never go anywhere else In Nottingham for anything bike related - nothing compares to Aladdin’s. They give such good advice but never in a patronising way and they’re always happy to help fix an issue! Great guys, super service.

Had an amazing experience in the store today, Called up on Saturday to get some info and check in if my dog is allowed to join me in the store. Jack answered and said that’s fine and reassured me he’d be happy to help with my slightly complex bike requirements (as a heavy rider). When we came in all the staff were exceptionally nice and so friendly! The store itself is incredibly well presented with a huge range of bikes from MTB to Gravel to Road to Mega downhill. With a huge selection of accessories and helmets and clothes, even a few sofas and coffee machine to chill at while you wait. Jack again helped me today and was amazing, he is clearly an absolute expert and has incredible product knowledge and fitment knowledge. I was here to see the new Gen 4 turbo Levo in Alloy, we discussed sizing, setup and we discussed where i ride, what I want to ride and how that can affect the setup. He then set up the shocks and tyres to test; and I went off for a ride in the car park, we came back, made some adjusts and went again, he was really patient and knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable and confident to properly test the bike.

Superb service from Specialized Nottingham, highly recommended. Jack guided me through purchasing my new Stumpjumper on cycle scheme, he's very knowledgeable and passionate. He did a great job of setting it up for me and I'm very pleased with both the bike and the service.

Purchased an Aethos Pro from the store. Delighted with the bike. Customer service was excellent - many thanks to Jack for sorting a courier issue the same day. Could not have been more helpful. Great experience - would recommend.
