Went to Vertu Hyundai Nottingham for a car service on a Friday morning, feeling a bit self conscious because I was wearing my crocs footwear as I had left my proper shoes at home!! However the staff made me feel welcome and super comfortable, especially Jordan who made our experience 5x better. It was a pleasure through and through, even John, the parking officer treated me with respect and kindness. Will definitely recommend. 5 starts for me.
