Went for fle treatment for my dog. The staff were very helpful and even offered to weigh him to make sure we had the right product. They also read the instructions for the shampoo for me as the writing was very small.

came in for advice on a harness and Fred was so kind and helpful! He took the time to explain all the options to us and really made sure we had the right fit for our dog! Amazing customer service thank you!

Typical pets at home, good customer service and usual products on sale. Young woman that works on the till on a Saturday evening always seems very pleasant.

We brought Fozzie in who’s a boisterous boy in need of a full groom. It was like getting a different boy back, he smelled amazing, looked fresh and they gave him a really beautiful cut for the summer. He’s so much happier. He’s booked in again to keep him looking good.

Excellent Service, our 15 year old Lakeland cross Border Terrier Molly was extremely happy with her full groom. It has taken 10 years off her! and the staff are all lovely too.

Very tidy stock, friendly staff and better than pets at home!!

They even kindly sent me a whole email of recommendations for tasty chews that my dog would love and did all the leg work so I didn't have to.
