I've visited this store twice within the last two weeks and got served by Lorna the first time and Hibah the second time. Both ladies were absolutely lovely and a credit to the store! They were so patient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful so I couldn't have asked for anything more. They both took time to show me a range of different charms and answered all my questions which I really appreciated as I'm quite indecisive when purchasing goods! Lorna and Hibah both put a smile on my face and made my day - I walked out of the store a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you and I'll definitely be making another visit.

I got my first Pandora bracelet as a birthday present and I needed to get a safety chain and also wanted to get a charm for myself too, so I went to Nottingham Pandora store and I was served by a very lovely lady named Filipa! Thank you so much Filipa for your help and finding all the charms and the safety chain I wanted! Filipa told me everything regarding the bracelet and advised on the size of it, so I was sure everything was perfect.

Jessica was extremely helpful and made our first Pandora experience so good, which led us to come back a second time and to make a purchase of three different rings. She made us feel really welcomed and comfortable and we also had a good laugh. Due to this we are planning to go back soon for another purchase. Thank you so much Jessica.

Offered multiple options for my situation, even offering a loan ring that matched the specs of the one I had in mind! I could not have asked for a better service. Shivarni at the Nottingham branch was so lovely and helpful throughout. She answered any questions and was always super speedy when it came to emailing too. Shivarni offered me her expert advice and was so professional and full of knowledge. So lovely to chat to too! Superb! The customer service is absolutely outstanding. The off-the-shelf range is extensive and their design service is excellent. Their repair service saved my life after I managed to get mercury over my wife's wedding and engagement rings. I have been a regular customer for many years and even though I no longer live in the UK, I still use only Temprell for my jewellery purchases.

Excellent service - engagement ring designed and it looks amazing good advice and aftercare. Can take the ring in to be cleaned anytime! Will buy the weddings rings from here!
