Excellent taxi service I booked via the App which was so easy to navigate Communication for the booking was great every step of the way including a text message approximately 5 minutes before my taxi arrived(on time) with the name of the driver,car description and license plate number which was very reassuring as I was traveling alone. My driver Abdul(Mo) driver number 376 was fantastic he was professional and courteous but also friendly and chatty I would highly recommend Dragon Taxis!

Pre-booked taxi in morning for evening pick up from Celtic Manor to Newport train station. Taxi arrived prompt. Receipt provided on requested. Clean taxi, well mannered driver and driven well.

I had a good experience with your service while I was in Newport for the weekend. It took the stress of traveling in my own car trying to work out your confusing roundabouts. Thank you for your service.

Have used Roman Taxis for many years and the service I have experienced has always been first class. I have used them for Airport transfers on numerous occasions. The drivers have always been on time and very pleasant. My sister and I used them yesterday to take us and pick us up from our local pub and our driver was lovely,chatty and very. His car was immaculate and smelt lovely to. Will continue to use Roman Taxis as they offer a great service and have never let me down.

Had a 3am pick up for the airport and a return trip a week later. The driver was very polite and punctual. On the return flight contact was made a day early to with all the details and the phone number of the driver picking us up. Excellent service.

These are a great taxi company. I have had no issues or complaints whilst using them. Especially when it comes to my Guide Dog which is a major bonus. Will definitely keep using these and highly recommend.
