I wholeheartedly recommend West Usk Lighthouse in Newport as a wedding venue for couples looking to create a truly extraordinary and memorable experience. From the stunning natural surroundings to the impeccable service and attention to detail, this venue offers everything needed to make any wedding a dream come true. As a photographer, I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a remarkable celebration, and I look forward to returning to this magical location in the future.

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay. It was absolutely fantastic, beautiful scenery, hot tub and a fire pit we lit on the evening. Where we stayed was very clean and had lots of character also the hosts where lovely. We will defiantly be regulars! Thank you so much.

Amazing wedding venue, stunning location, no corkage, blank canvas set up (perfect for creative DIY weddings) and wheelchair friendly. The owners are wonderful, so helpful and accommodating. West Usk Lighthouse is a hidden gem!

We had our wedding reception and ceremony here last Saturday and it was absolutely out of this world. If you are looking for a one of kind venue with amazing staff look no further. Beth & Amy were absolutely sensational and made the job look effortless. They literally took the panic away, and the attention to detail was incredible. I can’t thank lysaghts enough for delivering on the most important day of our lives. Our day was better than we ever could have imagined. If I could do it all again, I wouldn’t change a single thing. Thanks for delivering 5* service on the happiest day of our lives!

We hired the hall for a joint 18th party and from the moment of booking to the morning after we were supported by Helen and Martina. Both ladies helped with organising, they gave suggestions and made the event so much easier. The bar was managed well with plenty of staff and the toilets and whole venue was spotless. The door staff give you the reassurance that everyone is safe and any issues will be resolved by them so as a host you can relax100%! I cannot recommend this venue enough as it really is the wow factor when the room is dressed and in party mode.

We held our running club's annual awards night at Lysaght Institute. It was a brilliant night, made all the better for the great venue, delicious food and slick organising of the team there. Would 100% recommend.

NEWPORT MASONIC HALL REVIEWS

An ideal venue for a meeting place with 'Excellent' facilities. The Hall has a large dining room to suit all occasions with a nicely stocked bar. Should you require any alcohol beverages. There is a mobility toilet for the disabled visitors. The kitchen is very modern and produces an excellent menu for your venue.

Excellent venue, amazing staff and bar, function facilities are excellent. Good sized room for any function.

Nice venue for any event. Been to loads of party's, had my engagement here. Good food. Staff are brilliant. I would highly recommend.
