I had an absolutely fabulous stay at the Celtic Manor Resort! My room on the 9th floor was spacious with a stunning view, and the food was excellent—especially the room service, which was exceptionally prompt and delicious. Breakfast was also a highlight! As a sweet tooth, I loved that there were plenty of freshly baked goodies available every morning, and the croissants were always warm and perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely return again and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We had an amazing time staying at Celtic Manor , everyone was so warm and pleasant. It was perfect for all the wedding guests and the Julia suite with the marquee was an ideal venue for an evening banquet. I requested a wheelchair for my grandma as the property is quite vast for an elderly person to walk . Check in was swift , rooms were spacious and comfortable , shuttle vans were excellent to commute to golf club ,Merlin’s bar was lively with wonderful performances by singer , highly recommend the baileys hot chocolate ! Sumptuous breakfast ! Will strongly recommend !

10/10. Spacious rooms with some very useful storage space. Lovely views. Top service. Super clean. Had the opportunity to dine in-house. Another awesome experience my taste buds will not forget. Zero flaws overall. Additionally, they handled a difficult situation (caused by 3rd party) very professionally. Will definitely visit again.

Due to unforeseen circumstances myself partner and found ourselves staying here. We walked into reception area and were greeted by Owen and kieth who made us feel at ease. The staff throughout the Hotel made us feel welcome and made us feel at home. We can't thank you all enough for helping us through a very hard time ..Thank You .Dave and Sharon x

Rooms were clean and quiet. The included breakfast was good value and a reasonable selection of foods to choose between. I recommend going to the pub right next door which does good food. Service was efficient. There’s a large downstairs lobby.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm, personalized experience!

Possibly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The entire experience was nothing short of incredible. All 3 of our rooms were upgraded free of charge, the receptionist served us with a lovely glass of champagne each on arrival and overall the whole team could not be more helpful! The grounds are stunning, with a lovely outdoor area where you can enjoy food and drinks. The allocated rooms were also lovely, very spacious and comfortable. The staff organised multiple taxi rides for us (party of 5), arranged restaurant bookings and done it all with a genuine smile and the most welcoming attitude. The absolute highlight of our stay was the onsite restaurant, the menu selection is impressive, the food is fresh and delicious! We would definitely recommend it for both relaxed dining as well as celebration dinners. Thank you so much all for your hospitality!

We had a large group of people for a celebration, the restaurant manager was absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, her response time was second to none. On the day staff were accommodating, polite and helpful. The food was beautiful, only slight downside was the portion size is on the small side for starters but tasted beautiful. Can't recommend it enough. Spot on service and super clean.

eat Hotel with a fantastic restaurant. To be honest, the best tapas I had here and not in Spain :). Tasteful furnishing in the rooms and a relaxing atmosphere in the hotel.
