TOP 3 PREMIER INN NEWPORT WALES (M4, J24) HOTEL REVIEWS

warm welcoming staff. sadly no air con at this hotel but we were made aware if this at time of booking so come prepared with a fan. Lovely gesture when we went to our room some treats for our children. This hotel will be more appropriate in winter due to hot rooms but the staff honestly made up for this. Thank you to everyone we encountered.

Premier Inn is nice and the rooms were clean and had a fan in every room. Lift to every floor. Location was great and beefeater just next door. There’s a meal deal offered when staying. Unfortunately no air con and rooms were hotter than I’d like but a fan was in the room which helped.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Was a bit concerned about the car park, it seemed very dark. Despite it being situated in the middle of the local race track, once the windows were shut you couldn't hear a thing.

The room was quite comfortable and provided me with a good night's rest. However, I did notice that the decor was slightly dated. Despite this, the service I received from the hotel staff was top-notch. They were very attentive and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Had a lovely overnight stay to brake a long journey up. Checked in around midnight and the receptionist was so helpful and kind. Rooms were comfy and clean with everything you expect. Perfect!

An excellent place to stop. Although it was on the motorway services, I had a quiet night's sleep. Clean rooms, with everything that I needed. A choice of food outlets at the services.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that this is a 5 star hotel with my rating, I'm comparing apples to apples, it's a great place to stay if all you need is a place to crash after an event or night out in the fun and "interesting" town of Newport. It's a typical Travelodge, good staff, clean and good value. It's over the road from the railway station, so very convenient access by train. It even has an "interesting" Weatherspoons over the road, great for "stereotype people watching"

Nice hotel and great staff. The room is clean, spacious and has coffee and tea making facilities. I stayed at the front of the hotel and thought it would be noisy but it really isn't. All the staff I have met have been polite and really helpful. The shower room looks brand new, very clean, no sign of mould and In good working order. The bedding also looks new and is very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location just opposite from the train station and close to the town centre. Clean modern room and no noise. Couldn't fault it for the price paid.
