Kay is an amazing councillor, she really helped to give me more clarity on my situation. She is so empathetic along with being an amazing listener her non-judgmental approach made me feel comfortable opening up about my struggles. With her guidance, I was able to identify the root causes of my problems and develop a clear plan of action to tackle them. Kay's insight and expertise was very helpful in getting me to shift my perspective and find a more positive path forward. I left our sessions feeling empowered, motivated, and equipped with the tools I needed to make meaningful changes in my life.

THE PLACE TO GO for health anxiety treatment! After 16 years of living with somatic symptom disorder I now have the tools the manage my thinking and behaviours.I had previously received counselling to stop my incessant googling of every health problem in the world, but unfortunately it didn't help. After 9 sessions of CBT with Mike I would say that I have reduced my problems by about 85%. I still have some way to go, but my quality of life has not been as positive in LITERALLY decades.

I've been in therapy a couple times but it's easy for me to say Mike has been the best therapist I've had. He has quite a lot of experience. I worked with him on my OCD and I think it was probably one of the best decisions I've made. Can't imagine what type of direction my life would be in if I hadn't treated this OCD. It makes you think just the darnedest things hahahah.

Michael has helped me improve my fatigue. My extended therapy with him has been completely worth it. The results have left me feeling like a brand new person.
