‘Highly recommending’ Achieve Health may be a massive understatement… I am currently seeing Rickie and Beth for Physiotherapy and deep tissue work and I am super impressed! Not only are they both immensely knowledge and professional, but the teamwork between them also means my sessions are specific, targeted and I am always aware of the steps needed in my rehabilitation, which I have not experienced at other physiotherapy establishments! Having a gym where they can show and watch my rehab exercises is also a massive plus for me! Thanks Achieve!!!!

I have had a few sessions with Jezzie so far for my knee and foot issues that hindered me from running. She has quickly identified the source of my problem and through treatment and prescribed exercises, i have already begun to notice great improvement and alleviation of pain. She is great! Definitely recommend Jezzie and Achieve.

I went to see Jess for an old injury that had flared up with strength training. She quickly ascertained that my injury was related to my gait, muscle imbalance and poor mobility. Step by step she has worked with me to correct this and I now feel so much better and stronger. I highly recommend her skills!

Adhip at Physio Art is a very knowledgeable experienced Physio who was able to provide really good advice. I visited him with a running injury, and after a in depth conversation where he learnt my history of running, he patiently walked me through some key exercises to practice at home to get me back to the tarmac. On the follow up session, he was keen to hear how I had got on and then developed my strength routine moving forward. Included in the session was a free app to track the workouts so you have something to refer back to if required which is a nice touch. Recommend Adhip to any runners with a niggle they need fixing.

My treatment at Physio Art has been exceptional. Adhip is a great practitioner - his humour, compassion, knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for his subject really put me at ease and made the whole process fun rather than tedious. Should I need anything further treatment I will be sure to book in with him!

Adhip was really professional and knowledgeable in his field. Worked his magic and I can walk again. Thank you!

Thank you so much for all your help. I have been having regular physiotherapy with Gerard and Alina at the Harborne barefoot physio, they are both very helpful and experienced specialist physiotherapists and have helped me a lot. I have been having ongoing thorough assessments and regular clear exercise plan with details that are easy to follow. I already feel a lot better, my pain is getting less and I can sleep more comfortably. I am very impressed. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I wish I came here earlier during my pregnancy and earlier postpartum.

I have been treated for 6 months at this Physiotherapy by Shannel, she is very good at her job. Careful for the patient and clearly knows what she is doing. I would recommend anyone to visit this centre if in need.

I’ve been a customer for many years and have been treated by Gerard, Shannel and Miriam over the years. It’s always my go to for any treatment I need, friendly, knowledgeable and well priced.
