I recently visited Realeyes Clinik for an eye examination and to get a new pair of glasses, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The doctor and staff were professional, respectful, and very helpful throughout the process. The clinic itself is equipped with modern technology, and the environment was exceptionally clean and welcoming. From start to finish, everything was handled with great care and attention. I highly recommend Realeyse Clinik to anyone in need of eye care services, and it will definitely be my go-to place for future eye examinations and glasses.

I visited Realeyes a few days ago and experienced an eye examination that utilized advanced technology. Prior to this, I had my initial check-up in Nigeria, where I believed I was receiving top-notch medical care. However, my visit to Realeyes truly transformed my understanding of eye care. With my new glasses, everything appears sharper and clearer, allowing me to see the world in a way I hadn’t before. The staff members were not only professional but also incredibly warm and compassionate, making the entire experience enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to come here; they are truly the best in the field.

Realeyes are amazing, they really go the extra mile. From the warm welcome your greeted with to the freshest proper coffee during your test. These guys are a million miles from all other opticians out there. Not only were they able to sort out my sight prescriptions but had the glasses ready in just a few days as I had my driving test. If it weren't for these guys that test could easily have gone the other way but thanks to real eyes I passed. And they even called me after to see how I got on. Just a service you wouldn't get elsewhere. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I was very grateful to the team at Nw Street Specsavers as they were able to quickly diagnose a detached retina and recommend I seek urgent medical help. I was seen very quickly and given the information I needed in a kind sensitive way.

Excellent from start to finish, only downside staff should be trained to smile occasionally all look very miserable apart from the lady who carried out my eye test A1 to her :-)

Not long ago I had come in for a eye test. The staff members were very welcoming and I didn’t need to wait long to be seen. The lady that took my eye test was very friendly. Once the eye test was done I was handed over to Sanah who helped me chose out my glasses. She was very polite and friendly! Really helped me find the perfect shaped glasses and took her time helping me find the ones I liked. Was a delightful visit and would come again!

Excellent customer service and patience of a saint displayed by Sam at Birmingham Bull Ring branch. She was attentive, honest and very knowledgeable. Sam has raised the bar for what I see as the new norm when it comes to helping customers, choosing frames and discussing lens options. I’ve since referred a number of family members to vision express as a result of my experiences and look forward to enjoying more visits in the coming years
