Highly Recommended! Mark provided exceptional relief for my long-standing neck and shoulder pain/aches that i have suffered with for years. With personalised care and effective techniques, the pain has completely gone only after 3 treatments! Mark's expertise and genuine concern make him the best for anyone seeking relief from pain. Thank you, Mark!
So I’ve had pains in my neck and shoulder for almost a month. Luckily I found Mark, the consultation was quick and easy, then he diagnosed what was causing my neck to tilt to the left (facet joint) Then we began with the treatment. I’ve walked away with a lot more movement as well as knowledge in how to avoid certain injuries etc. Very happy with everything. Highly recommended!!
Helen was absolutely brilliant, she found the knots in my back and gave me really relaxing massage and helped calmed my muslces. I had constant back pain for over 6 months and today i finally feel so relaxed.

I have been coming to Stuart now for some time and overall there has been a good deal of improvement in my mobility and general physical health overall. Stuart takes the time to listen to any problems you may have then explains what is happening and the best way to deal with it. Finally i have had various injuries over the years and have found Stuart to be first class and recommend him fully.
I have found Stuart conscientious and deliberate. He analysed my problems carefully so that the treatment was all fully considered. The clinical treatment was effective and this has undoubtedly helped in maintaining my fitness.
As a former professional sportsman and still very active in sport I have found Stuarts treatment and knowledge first class. Gives me peace of mind knowing I can carry on with my work in sport and stay healthy. Highly recommended. Thanks Stu.
