“Mr Marcus Adrian Green completed his orthopaedic training on the Birmingham rotation, including one year as a lecturer in orthopaedics at the University of Birmingham. He received his medical degree and specialises in knee and shoulder pathology. Mr Marcus Adrian Green performs approximately 250 joint replacements of the knee and shoulder each year. He is especially interested in knee and shoulder issues and performs both arthroplasty (joint replacement) and arthroscopy (keyhole surgery). He is a consultant at The Priory Hospital and the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham, where he provides first-class treatment to every patient. His research has included collaboration with international units such as the National Institutes of Health in the USA. He has been the author or co-author of 6 book chapters and 15 publications in peer-reviewed journals, as well as presenting over 38 presentations at national and international conferences.
