3 Best Bakeries in Fife, UK

I have been coming to fishers and Donaldson since I was a child with my dad who works in Cupar all the way up until I moved down to England - every time I come home to visit family I always make sure to visit my favourite bakery and I also just wanted to thank and compliment the new manager Sue who provided a fantastic service , was fast and efficient but more importantly was just genuinely kind and was able to have a lovely interaction with which prompted me to vote fishers and Donaldson as Scottish bakery of the year. Thanks again for such fantastic service.

Consistently outstanding patisserie! Family favourites are strawberry danish, yum yum and coffee towers. The cafe is a nice place to sit and has an outdoor space if the Scottish weather is ever summery enough! Definitely go here if you want a tasty cafe stop and are in St Andrews, Cupar or Dundee.

Very nice cakes, friendly service and great selection of chocolate and choccie gifts. The “Famous Fudge Donut” is amazing and not to be missed!! We had coffee, tea and cakes and all were great.

Takeaway so no atmosphere really but would maybe make a really cool mini club with the right lighting and if they put all the pastries away. Award winning steak Bridies come from here. They also do filled rolls and other baked goods. I'm still sad they discontinued Tue chocolate filled doughnut 10+ years ago and they have recently stopped jam doughnuts too. Millionaire shortbread doughnut is a close second to Tue chocolate though.

Excellent hot streak bridie. Really enjoyed it, along with the snowballs, hot steak & haggis pie & chocolate cake. The millionaires shortbread was disappointing however. Overall, very impressed & woukd definitely return. Recomended.

This stephens is excellent. The staff are friendly helpful and always smiling. It's a pleasure to pop in which is usually every wkend. Great parking too.
