We had the pleasure of working with The Edinburgh Catering Company for our wedding. The menu tasting was a lot of fun and meant that we could taste lots of different options with our family. Louise was great at replying to my many questions and keeping track of everything. We had them drop off some sharing type food (hams, cheeses, salads, etc) for the night before our wedding and it was all absolutely delicious. They also catered for all of the dietary requirements without any issue. On the day itself, Simone and the team were fantastic. They went above and beyond, moving our chairs, lighting candles, checking in that everything was okay and even making sure that my husband and I got enough canapes. They were more than just a caterer. The food was excellent, particularly given that it was for so many people. We did espresso martinis after dinner and they were absolutely delicious! Everyone commented on the quality of the food and the cocktails. the team 100%. There was variety for everyone and my guests loved the options we had chosen. We used TECC for a large BBQ event recently and the food was delicious. We received great feedback from the gusts in attendance. The staff were also very helpful and could not have looked after us better. I would definitely recommend The Edinburgh Catering Company for your next event.

We hired Stefano to cook for our wedding for 50 people. He came to our house before we decided to go ahead and cooked a tasting menu. We were impressed by the quality and taste of his food. At the wedding the food was fantastic, generous and a real Italian feast. All the guests were impressed and gave positive feedback. The food was not only delicious but the presentation was fine dining standard. The service staff that Stefano used were impeccable and all the guests were positive. We got different quotes for the wedding and they were either too expensive or the menu wasn't great. Stefano adapted his menu to our requirements (including a fully vegan course) and his offer was the best. I can honestly say that on the basis of quality and price Shardana catering is the best in Scotland.

Absolutely delicious food! So delighted we could have an Italian feast for our wedding in the Scottish borders (we were in a small village hall). Guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! The ricotta tart & Sardinian gnocchetti were my favourite, so good! 100% recommend Shardana Catering.
