My experience with Katie Sweep was nothing but excellent. Aimee was absolutely lovely. She did a brilliant job & left my fire place & surrounding carpet spotless. Aimee has only been doing the job for 6 months however she is a natural & an absolute credit to the company. Hugely recommend Katie Sweep & Aimee. Thank you.

We have been using Katie Sweep for many years and they have always been friendly, professional, efficient and good value. One year we had Katie Sweep herself to give our stove a much needed makeover ( replacement parts fitted ) as well as an annual sweep. This year we had Abbie whi was equally thorough and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

CHIMNEY SWEEP YORK REVIEWS

I had a bit of a dilemma with our fire and I rang Ian to see if he could have a look at the problem, he fitted us into his busy work schedule because he didn't want us to go without a fire in the recent cold snap. Ian came and swept our chimney for the first time and to be honest (in a few years), he gave me some good advice on how to look after the fire and to keep it running at peak performance (it's not just about chucking the wood in the burner). I will be definitely using Ian again and I will be booking him in early spring time, to say I basically found Ian and Chimney Sweep York blindly I'm really happy and I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic service. Always on time, professional (you wouldn't even know he'd been as always leaves clean and tidy)and great advice given to get the best out of it. Our stove looks brand new. Can't recommend this company enough.

We’re so pleased with the work that Ian has done on our log burner, it looks like new! I wish that I had taken a before picture, as he went to a lot of effort making sure that it was perfect and it really shows.

Kayle, came and carried out a chimney sweep and nest clearance on our new house. The chimney had a few years worth of nests. I could not be happier with the service.

Kayle did my 2 log burners yesterday, he inspected one chimney with a camera as I had managed to set it on fire. He offered advice on prevention and did a thorough job of cleaning both chimneys and the stoves. I recommend him and will use again.
