Absolutely first class service from beginning to completion. Initial greeting from Joe in the office was friendly and very professional. Brian who came out to my property gave an excellent and detailed survey and wasn't pushy at all, just very informative, great communication from Beth in the office and the two gentlemen, Mark and Darren that fitted all my windows went above and beyond, very thorough and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very polite, friendly and really efficient guys. I would not hesitate using DGMS again. Superb job! Thanks to everyone concerned.

Excellent job for starting survey and advice on the door and window types right through to the fitting. The two guys who came to fit on the day were very good kept the job clean and tidy with a really good finish. I’m really pleased with the job and would recommend DGMS to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors.

We were very happy with DGMS and our new front door. They were reasonably priced. Very helpful when I was unsure of designs and gave me there recommendations keeping the price down rather than trying to increase the bill. Booked in, didn't let us down and we are very happy with the look and the quality of the door and surround.

Huge thanks to Mick & Andy for the recent work in Haxby! Can’t recommend Minster highly enough. Had a full replacement of all windows, 2 doors and patio door.Level of work is exceptional, they left the house cleaner than they found it (no really!), and the cherry on the top was they played some great Rock music too. Thank you!

A huge thank you to everyone at Mike Thorpe Windows, they are such a friendly team. We had all windows, doors and a conservatory roof replaced in Aluminium which look fantastic. This is not only my view but comments from neighbours and family. Mike and Tom were extremely customer focused and made sure the frame design, glass and handles/locks exactly met our requirements. They were so patient with our requests as we wanted some bespoke finishes both in glass and hardware. All of the products are of great quality. The glass in the conservatory roof is way beyond what we had previously and even during the recent hot weather we did not need to use the heat reflecting blinds. They also have wonderful fitters and a massive thanks to Ash and Dom. Given it was an extensive replacement I was amazed that there was no damage to our interior, you wouldn’t know they had been here. I also know, in the unlikely event, should there ever be an issue they will return immediately and rectify any problem. Support after installation for me is so important as I have found from other renovations to my property. I highly recommend Mike Thorpe Windows and I will use them for any future window needs I may have.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish to aftercare. Very straight forward in the estimating of the work needed and its cost. Punctual and efficient in completing the job. Responsive and effective in following up settling-in issues. Thank you to Mike and all the staff who made our experience so positive.
