Chris was great, professional and immediately fixed my boiler.he explained the issue that was causing the radiators not to get warm and confirmed if the issue occurred again how we could fix it together with a quote for the cost. Very happy indeed with the service.

We've used YPH numerous times now and cannot fault them. Always friendly, professional and punctual. Despite the poorly positioned new boiler cupboard, Chris managed to adapt it so he could still complete the service rather than leave it. Would highly recommend them.

Booking was really straightforward and pre visit communication was excellent. The engineer Chris Q turned up on time and was polite and efficient. The problem was clearly explained and solved. Would recommend this firm.

Colin did a great job fixing a blockage in our sink and fitting new traps for us. When I initially phoned up Colin was able to fit us in at short notice, diagnose the issue and find a time in his schedule to come back and fix it. The service provided was friendly and professional.
