Derwenthorpe Flooring did a fantastic job of preparing the sub floor and laying down Invictus LVT in a herringbone pattern throughout our home. They also cleared away the old flooring, carpet grippers and disposed of all the waste (this was an extra service we paid for). From the outset the communication was great, I had a clear and transparent quote and everything ran smoothly and to plan. The service and level of detail were both outstanding. They worked efficiently, throughout the job, our home was kept clean and tidy, it was obvious that this company have a lot of experience and you get what you pay for. Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional install with experts giving you piece of mind for such an investment. Craig and Anthony were both friendly and professional and gave us 100% confidence in their ability, we are thrilled with our new flooring.

I had an incredible experience with Chris and his flooring service. I reached out to him a few days before an urgent job, and he was incredibly patient, helping me gather all the necessary materials for the project. Remarkably, he was able to complete the bathroom floor in just two hours! Beyond that, Chris provided valuable advice related to the upstream flooring service, explaining how flooring fits into the broader process of bathroom renovation. His professionalism and down-to-earth approach were truly amazing. I highly recommend Chris for his honesty and exceptional craftsmanship in York.

Would really recommend Chris and his team, they did a prefect job damp proofing and completely reflooring our downstairs rooms. Did it in a really fast time and couldn't be more helpful.

A huge selection of carpets/rugs & great upstairs showroom. We wanted 2 x 3 mtr modern design rug & that size/style was more limited. However, the friendly assistant was more than helpful & guided us to our eventual purchase. Free delivery & a big thank you for adding us to the delivery list within 2days. Super service! The rug looks beautiful & is a real wow factor. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delightful man served me and my friend buying a carpet. So much cheaper compared to online prices of rugs.
