I contacted James and he promptly replied with his availability. He explained both the worst and best case scenarios and the potential costs. The service he provided was quick, efficient and professional, I was so grateful that it was a salvageable problem. The cost was extremely reasonable, I am very happy that I can now use my computer again, did a little happy dance. I would highly recommend James and his skills, he is friendly and explains in understandable language despite the complexities of the processes. 5 stars for me.

Highly recommend. James rebuilt my sons gaming pc after a power surge killed it. Explained all my options clearly so I could make an informed decision on the best course of action. Dropped it off on the Thursday and was ready for collection by the Monday. really quick and reliable service and at a reasonable price. thanks.

Mac Book Pro Failure! Had a Mac for over 5 years, faultless performance, but last week got the pesky file icon on the screen with the question mark in it... this spells hard drive failure. Called Infiniti Computers just hoping they could fix it- Guess what DONE! New hard drive upgrade, cleaned out problem solved... I thought it needed a new battery too, David could have fitted one, just because I said it needed one, David told me I didn't need one! Hard drive was replaced, bigger better than before, like a new machine! Screen is brighter, maybe because he cleaned it, but everything sharper. Value for money considering a new Mac book is £2k. Definitely recommend as he got it done quickly too.

We use David from Infiniti Computer Repair for all our computer and networking problems. His troubleshooting skills are excellent and his friendly manner is just what I need when he is dealing with my customers.

Came in with a computer having an intermittent power fault, the owner inspected the computer and found nothing wrong and despite this did not charge us, excellent expertise and service
