Antonina is the most genuine, friendly and welcoming person. I felt completely at ease and thoroughly enjoyed all my sessions with her. I had no pre conceptions of what Hypnotherapy could do for me, but I can honestly say it was the best decision I made. I was so scared of trying this type of therapy. Antonina was comforting and flexible. She allowed me to do a few sessions online and sent me audio to practice with at home to give me some exposure before doing it in person which really helped. She doesn’t push you. She’s a relaxing presence to be around. I felt I could be totally honest with her. And she genuinely cares about your progress and celebrates your wins with you which is really important to me.
