NAMASTE EXETER AUTHENTIC SOUTH INDIAN RESTAURANT REVIEWS

A great Indian restaurant in Exeter. Their vegetarian thali meals and Non Veg thali meals is superb. Masala dosa and chutneys are superb. We arrived at 2.45 afternoon and they still served us even though they are closing at 3 PM for noon afternoon break. Staffs are always smiling and serving the guest with utmost respect and cheerful face. Close to city centre. Parking also available within a walking distance.

We had an incredible meal at Namaste tonight! The chilli chicken gravy was perfectly soft and buttery, and the lamb stew was rich and flavourful. The staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. A definite must-try!

Being indian it's not easy to find good Indian food in Exeter, Namaste is the 2nd place I found good food at. I had a ghee masala dosa, medu vada and gulab jamun. All of them were good and authentic, especially the sambhar it was exactly how I'd expect it to be in India. Will go again there whenever I get a chance to.

A truly traditional Indian Restaurant including the squeaky wooden trolley, tea light plate warmers and hot face towels! A truly great experience with super service. The food was fresh and so tasty, the chef cooked my lamb tikka passanda exactly how I asked for it and the lamb was so soft and tasty. The staff were happy and very attentive and the place was clean. Many thanks.

one of the best indian food i’ve ever had & the best indian food ive had in england. the service was spectacular!! super friendly, helpful & welcoming but the food was even better. the highlight of the meal would definitely be the chicken tikka, so juicy and so flavorful a 100% MUST order when coming here. the lamb rogan josh & butter chicken were also very very good. it tasted extremely authentic and the amount of meat they put in the curry was super generous. food was also very reasonably priced. i would highly recommend and would say this place is a must visit when coming to exeter.

Eaten at every Indian in Exeter, and I'm sorry but Gandhi is by far the best , staff all so friendly and there chicken madras by far is my favorite have it every month as a treat ! I recommend eating in but takeaway Is just as good !

Fantastic food! Really good service too, staff very responsive and keen to make it an enjoyable experience. It's quite compact so we did have to hear the table next to us discussing how big their businesses were and how many times they play golf all night long, but food was really good, we will be returning!

Fantastic dinner for too at Denley’s. Always such a warm welcome upon arrival and despite not having a reservation, they were able to accommodate us. Definitely recommend booking in advance. Can highly recommend the chef’s specialities. The tamarind dish was divine! They have a good selection to suit all tastes with exquisite mild dishes and some spicy sounding ones for the more adventurous. We really enjoyed our meal and look forward to coming back again soon.

Great experience all round, staff looked after us well, food tasted great and as a bonus they have a loyalty card so I will be returning
