I've recently changed to Dee Yi after terrible service elsewhere and I'm so pleased I've found it. The food is great and the service is excellent. A good clean waiting area, service with a smile and fantastic prices. It really is easy to give good service and these guys do it perfectly whether it's takeaway or eat-in.

Just had lunch with a friend what a fabulous meal we had the 2 person shared option have ended up bringing some home the duck was fantastic & the pork/beef/crispy chicken dishes were also really tasty & couldn't fault any of it would highly recommend the lady serving us was delightful friendly & nothing too much trouble this would always be my first option now for Chinese food whether eating in or takeaway.

Order from here all the time, food is always spot on, very friendly staff always tastes good, always consistent and I find for the price to portion ratio This is the best around in Exeter, salt and chilli chips & chicken 5/5.

So pleased to have found delicious Chinese food and look forward to exploring the menu more. We ordered delivery and were very impressed by the flavour, quality, and quantity of the food. When in the mood for Chinese food in the future, this will be the restaurant we pick!

Very authentic basic vibe, not fancy at all; felt like we were in Asia! The food was fantastic, served quickly tasted fresh and served boiling hot which always is a good thing! run by a a sweet family with mum cooking in the back. Would highly recommend!

Oh M geeeeee. This place serves the best food, like everrrr! No seriously its very good food and the service is quick. They only take cash though so don't forget. No credit/debit cards allowed. Great for large parties too

Really high standard of cuisine, with a varied and extensive menu on offer. They'll even make a dish to order if you like, mixing parts of other items on the menu. A nice touch is the standard offer to take any unfinished food away, and they bring you a box to pack it up at your table so you know it's definitely your food you're taking away.

Found myself in the city centre, at lunchtime on a Sunday, hungry and with a couple of hours to kill. I love most Oriental food and decide to grab some lunch here. I had **spicy garlic chicken with rice** from their set lunch menu (they even included a soft drink) for £8.90. What absolutely superb food and, despite it being a very generous portion size - I am a big guy with a large appetite - I was full. Fantastic flavours I just didn't want it to end. Lovely attentive staff completed a perfect dining experience. I hope to return soon to try the other menu items!

Third time going here and each time has been brilliant. They offer an extensive menu, all of it well worth the price, as well as a quick and friendly service. This time I had the beef donburi while my friends had the chicken and beef soup. Will definitely be coming back here again.
