Have been going there since they opened. Lovely family run business. For years I wanted my nails to be strong enough to move from acrylics to builder gel. In a short time I've managed that here. They are professional, happy to try all designs and have a great selection of colours, designs and services. I would highly recommend them.

Most beautiful set of nails I have ever seen/had done. Such a lovely team of nail techs too - so polite, gentle & friendly. Will definitely be my new regular place. Would recommend 10/10.

I had my nails done by Holly today. I went in not having a clue what I wanted and came away with some amazing looking nails. She was very welcoming, relatable and made me feel at ease immediately - as did the other ladies in the salon. Lovely atmosphere, clean and organised and I can't wait to go back!

I have been using J.R Nails & Co for 5+ years and that have always done an amazing job with every set of acrylics I’ve gotten ( and removal). The staff are super helpful and friendly and make me feel comfortable every time I go. I highly recommend everyone there they are amazing.

10/10, been doing my nails here for years and have always received incredible service and have to say, this is the best nail salon in Essex. Highly recommend.

Just got the best nails ever, I'm a long distance lorry driver and was parked up at Colchester services and had a whole day so nipped into town on bike and finally got the coffin nails BIAB I've been asking other bail techs for (without joy) for ages - David prepped my nails for the infills and K did the shaping and finishing - I absolute love em, would definitely recommend Ella's nail house, hope my planner gets me stuck here in the future haha Requested style: Other mail techs said my nails were too short but K did the shape I wanted and I'm in love with them.

Got a set of acrylic nails here and they were beautiful, the whole process from application to removal (4 weeks later) was perfect. The salon is beautiful and the staff are lovely and work so hard. They offered a free fix after one nail broke, their loyalty and student discount schemes are great too.

Ella’s is a beautiful salon with kind and accommodating staff. My BIAB nails always last so long and are such good quality! Had a lovely pedicure with Lisa before too. So relaxing and a great atmosphere. Thank you.
