THE POT STILL REVIEWS
The best pub in Glasgow. Service is nice and they don't mind to help and adapt to your drinking preferences. The atmosphere is cheerful and the pies are great too. I lost my wallet, phoned back and they handed it over to me. Very nice people, very nice pub. They serve excellent whisky and they treat customers excellently.
The Pit Still is the best whiskey bar I have ever visited (I am a whiskey fan). Incredible selection on hundreds of unique whiskeys you won’t find anywhere else. Service is great and knowledge of the bar staff is incredible. There have some basic food which is nice but this is not why you come here. If you are a whiskey drinker this is a much visit.
People say that precious things come on small size and that is the case for the pot still. Ideal to hang out with friends and maybe discover your new favourite whisky. The place is an historic building very well preserved. Staff is very gentle and ready to help with your selection. It will be nice to have a menu with the Whisky list and prices but you have to rely on the bar tenders. Sometimes it can be very crowded so maybe not ideal in a hot summer.

WAXY O'CONNOR'S GLASGOW REVIEWS
One of the most amazing pubs I’ve ever been to. It’s like you’ve walked into Lord of the Rings in Ireland. Bizarre but beautiful! Please go if your in Glasgow, there are so many dimensions to this place, it would fit most people! Has a whole other vibe when your 5 pints deep!
Our server at the Mackintosh at Willow Tree tea room recommended Waxy O'Connor's Glasgow as a fun pub in the area and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Its amazingly eclectic interior was a bit confusing at first but once we got our bearings, it made for a unique experience -- in an Irish pub in a Scottish city listening to a musician play American music (along with some good Celtic pub songs)!
Awesome pub! The fish and chips … way to oily for my taste but the pie was the best meal that i had in Glasgow.

The Horseshoe Bar holds a prominent reputation among Glasgow's pubs. Regarding value and service, few establishments in Glasgow can match the standards set by The Horseshoe Bar. At an impressive 104 feet and three inches in length, their grand Victorian bar is one of the longest in Europe, deserving its own architectural recognition. This bar serves as the heart of The Horseshoe, where you can enjoy excellent value pub food paired with high-quality Scottish beers. They're also dedicated to bringing you live sports entertainment, equipped with 11 screens and early opening hours for major sporting events. Upstairs, their lounge has hosted performances by renowned singers, and you can even try your hand at singing during their karaoke nights. They offer classic cocktails for those looking to enjoy a girls' night out in Glasgow. They have shots to liven up the party if you're planning a lively gathering. Whether it's a birthday celebration or a match day, they provide a selection of fizz and craft beer to suit your preferences.

THE HORSESHOE BAR REVIEWS
This was a great place dine and have a drink, the staff was friendly and prompt. We were seated up stairs for dining which wasn’t as unique as the historic bar downstairs. But we made the best of it and even moved down stairs to have a drink at the longest Bar in Scotland. I recommend this as a definite stop when visiting Glasgow.
This bar is fantastic, we heard about the karaoke and seen videos on Facebook. We travelled 3 hours from Gateshead. The place was heaveing on arrival at 4pm. Then the fun started immediately, everybody singing and dancing, friendly. The Bar staff we excellent. Fast and polite.
Didn't wait long at the bar to be served, karaoke was brilliant, atmosphere was immense the only thing I'd say was a wee upgrade on the toilets they abit tight an shabby but doesn't affect ur night at all definitely would go again.
