Lovely lovely place, take the advice of what is delicious unless you want to miss out, the seabass in rock salt was to die for, tender moist and needed no condiments for flavoring, pure heaven I say. Since it was my first experience they took me under the wing and showed me how to experience this delicious food. We each ate separate dishes therefore we shared and had multiple dishes a piece the fried seaweed balls oh man that was great.

Amazing place. The food is great, the service is impeccable! So many staff that are always mobile and visible. Had the smoked duck, venison and then cheesecake. All were brilliant.

Amazing restaurant. The food is stunning with a wide variety of choice. Lots of drink options, staff are great, and it's in a very pretty area.

LE MONDE REVIEWS

After trying for a while to get a table at Le Monde we finally went there this week. Firstly it was really busy on a Monday night with hardly any tables free - which is a great sign. I’ve always been a fan of the Martinez family restaurants so I knew what to expect in terms of the menu and food. The atmosphere and the style of the restaurant was impressive, with the best wine selection I’ve seen in any Cardiff restaurant. Service was 10/10. Our waiter had a real eye for detail, and was attentive but very professional. Food was amazing, wine was perfect. Would highly recommend.

This is one of those really interesting places to eat. I'm not really interested in restaurants where you have to stand staring at a board to choose what you fancy eating. But at Le Monde, you have to. There is a board to choose your starters, and mains. But there's a fish counter where you choose your desired fish to be taken away and cooked to your liking with optional sauces, vegetables or a great salad selection. My wife chose the fish soup and I had the homemade fishcakes. Followed by swordfish steaks. The food here is cooked to perfection but, be warned, this place is busy, busy, busy. So you need to book in advance and don't expect a quiet romantic meal, but professionalism you will get. I would definitely come back here if I were to visit Cardiff again.

Every time I visit with my friend Mark I experience a new “best steak ever”. Food is out of this world, raspberry and strawberry daiquiris made to perfection, such a chilled vibe there. Two absolutely delicious steak meals, bottle of white, couple of cocktails and two to die for desserts all for £128 which we thought was amazing value. It’s a place to treat yourself if to you’re in Cardiff. After our meal we went upstairs to their Incognito bar for a couple more cocktails and a seat in the luxurious rooftop garden area with heaters. No expense spared. This place is special.

Charlie was excellent. We arrived as a party of 12 for bottomless brunch and were quite disappointed we weren’t all seated together. Charlie went above and beyond, offering excellent service during the brunch which improved our visit significantly. The venue was extremely busy but despite this, the food was well presented and tasty. Such great value for a brunch, great mocktail and cocktails options and a fab way to spend the afternoon.

We had a great time at Turtle Bay today! Charlie was a brilliant server and definitely deserves some recognition! Thank you so much for a great day out.

Ewan was exceptional today. Such a lovely guy and went above and beyond to make sure we always had a drink in our hand. First time for bottomless brunch here for me and I will be back.
