The better spa in Edinburgh but there isn't a whole lot of competition within the actual city either. The price can seem a bit steep but it is worth it. The locker rooms are nice and have what you need. Robes and towels are fluffy - a huge spa must! While the roof top whirl pool is lovely, it faces a boring office building. Not that the spa can help it and it is right in the middle of the city.. but can be distracting relaxation-wise. Quite a few different steam rooms to choose from, the one to note is the scented steam room. The scents are relaxing ones like jasmine, eucalyptus.. but can be a bit strong if you are sensitive but it is fine for me personally. There are also some cozy places to lay about between soaks, rooms or treatments. I've been on day passes but I've enjoyed it enough to consider a membership. The food at the cafe is pretty sound too!

The most iconic spa in the city. The standout feature is undoubtedly the pool, especially the outside one which offers an incredible view of the city. It's a truly beautiful spot to relax and unwind, and it's no surprise that it's one of the most popular attractions at the spa. In addition to the pool, the spa offers a wide range of treatments that are of excellent quality. I, personally, have had great experiences with their massages which were very relaxing and rejuvenating.

A wonderful escape from reality in the OneSpa. The staff were polite and friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. The spa is clean and the facilities are excellent. A real treat.

Izabela did my nails and toes today, and I am very happy with the whole experience. The check-in process was smooth and Lucy was very warm and welcoming, then during the treatment Izabela was attentive and listened to my concerns (especially that I’ve had a very bad experience recently at another salon), she handled my nails gently and suggested a great natural look which was perfect! Totally recommended, and I will definitely be back.

I'm definitely glad I chose Pure Spa. I loved the tea and the place to hang your coat. I paid £30 pounds for a gel manicure, a fair price. Megan was wonderful. She was very friendly and professional. She did an amazing job on my nails. 5/5 stars, would recommend.

Isabella was absolutely brilliant - had a lovely afternoon chatting with her and having a good girlie giggle, which was most appreciated. She does beautiful work and her attention to detail was stellar - my nails and my leg wax were fantastic and I’m so happy with the outcome. Will definitely be back.

Perfect from start to finish. though they had system issues and were actively resolving them, Lianne asked them to wait while greeting me and getting a gown and slippers for me as well as showing me around the facilities I could use. Excellent customer service!!After some time at the pool and sauna I had my massages and facial with Lianne.What a lovely lady, very knowledgeable and super professional.The whole treatment was pure bliss.I could choose the oils I wanted and was able to discuss any skincare issues with her.She conducted a skin alanysis and used products accordingly. She made sure I relax and even lead me to the relaxation area afterwards. The whole place is spotless clean, there's drinking water, fresh fruits and clean towels available. Lianne made me feel like royalty.Cannot recommended the Spa and Lianne highly enough.

Wow, what can I say! I spent a wonderful time at Yu Spa Edinburgh (Apex Waterloo) where fab therapist Lindsay- took care of me. I chose a back, neck and shoulders massage to de-stress and relax, and was provided with a truly rejuvenating experience. Her skilled hands worked wonders, providing a perfect balance of calmness and relief. It was a delightful escape! I highly recommend Lindsay’s expertise for a therapeutic and uplifting massage

What a lovely treat for our anniversary, Claire the manager made us extremely welcome and my therapist Flora was very professional and my massage was perfect. Had a great visit and then topped off by a nice treat at the bar when Claire discovered it was our anniversary. Highly recommend.
