Cab was a few minutes early, which was good, because there can be issues at airports. Driver very courteous and helpful. Glad that on our call the night before, to prebook, there was an option to immediately talk to a live dispatch to make sure our info was confirmed - some cab companies seem to be strictly automated message, which can leave people in doubt.

Arrived on time and driver was very helpful and patient as i got into the car (currently on crutches). He was very friendly and dropped me as close as possible to the main door at my destination. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be using them again and again, even after I’m cleared to drive again!

Our car driver turned up on time, took us on the shortest route and was friendly. He did everything he could to ensure our journey was excellent. Highly recommended.

We had a very positive experience with City cabs. We ordered a cab to pick us up from Saint Stephens Theatre for 11:45pm, via the app. The car arrived promptly with notifications along the way. Paid cash for the journey (cash). All good and would use again.

As two young girls, new to the city, getting a trip home from town we both felt extremely safe and throughly enjoyed our journey; unfortunately didn’t get the name of our taxi driver but highly recommend taking this service

Had booked City Cabs to pick up from Edinburgh Airport to our hotel and then a return journey.Both journeys were taken in very comfortable and clean cabs.Drivers all arrived on time and were very presentable and professional.Thank you to city cabs and would highly recommend

Mohammed was the most loveliest driver I’ve had in a long time and it was nice to reminisce about the past with him with living around the same area as him and learning more about the past before I lived there etc. but knowing my grandparents did. Such a nice man! Made my day. Massive thank you to him.

Easy to book and paid online. Our driver was early for our pick up to the airport and was very helpful and courteous and got us to the airport for our flight in plenty of time. Excellent service, thank you again to our driver and would definitely recommend the service and would use again.

Driver great really helpful the robot voice on the phone difficult to hear especially as a tourist with little knowledge of buildings they referenced so did have trouble finding the driver
