TIPOO TURKISH RESTAURANT REVIEWS

Genuinely my favourite restaurant in Nottingham overall (to date!) as a forever Nottingham local. Myself and my partner visit regularly, particularly for the unbeatable platters, shawarmas and grilled meats. Service is brilliant and wait times are perfectly within reason. The tea is fantastic also. Visiting tonight so I thought I’d bless them up with a worthy review after years of visits. A must-visit Turkish restaurant for sure.

Still THE TOP place to eat. Really enjoyed it the food (the head chef Mokhar he does magic with his hands the food he prepared its taste amazing ) service is good as always. It's always good to be back here and never be disappointed. I highly recommended.

This is the second time I have eaten here and it has been great both times, first time we booked,last night we just popped in on the off chance. They did manage to squeeze us in however I would recommend booking just in case. It always seems to be busy, buzzing with a great atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, even down to the ingredients in each dish . The complementary bread and dips is a great touch , last night we have the kebab plater for two, delicious would recommend and be going back, beautiful food, with an extensive menu, something for all tastes.

Thoroughly enjoyed our girls night out. Excellent menu full of choice. We ordered some starters to share The restaurant then brought out a selection of dips, bread and salad on the house. I opted for the Yogurtlu Adana which was lovely.

We had been recommended by friends but never made it. Today we thought we would pop in for dinner and the food and service was amazing. The bread, dips and salad that come free were to die for and the mains so nice and fresh. Big shout out to Maryam, so friendly and accommodating. Thank you, we will definitely return!

Since this restaurant opened some years ago, I have dined here countless times and even ordered to takeaway. The food is just as good at home. The staff are welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing. It can get busy at times, but it is still a really nice setting. The food is always piping hot and fresh off the grill (depending on what you order), and the side salad is refreshing. It is always a good start to the meal when the complimentary bread and dips are provided. I would recommend this restaurant every time if you're after something new or a great place to eat Turkish cuisine. There aren't many options if you're after an evening meal and cocktails, but there are a few drinks to choose from that are enjoyable.

This is one of the best restaurants in notts! Very good customer service. Enjoyed every bit of my birthday here and will definitely be back! Me and my partner enjoyed the meal!! Very tasty.

We a nice place to eat. We didn't realise there was an upstairs to accommodate the large group that we had. The staff was nice and friendly, and accommodating. The food was great flavourful and authentic. I thought the drinks glasses could have been a bit bigger, but its part of the culture to have small glasses. Overall, the meal was amazing, staff was great atmosphere was nice and most importantly worth the price we paid.
