I went in to see them about having my screen repaired and they were really nice guys. My phone needed the part ordering-in which they did in good faith and they kept me up to date on its arrival. As well as bearing with me while I found the opportunity to pop back into the shop. They fixed it the same day within a couple of hours and we had a nice chat on my return. The price seemed really reasonable too compared with what I had read online. Thanks again!

Great service from the shop, took an iPhone 15 in, with what we thought was a broken screen and camera, rang us a short time later and advised he’d found another screen protector on the phone and the screen wasn’t broken, so no charge. He took the phone apart and replaced the faulty camera, the same day service. Would definitely go to these guys in future, top top 5* service.

Great service. Battery replaced within 90 minutes for a very good price, a lot cheaper than other shops. Have used before and will use again. Would recommend 100%.

I bought a new phone from this shop today. The man was so helpful, he transferred all my data from my old phone free of charge and also changed the settings to a bigger font as this is very important for me. He also set up finger print recognition and made sure important apps had transferred properly. He explained everything really clearly but was not at all patronising. I highly recommend this shop if you need a new phone or accessories. I will definitely be going back there for any extras I need or for advice.

Ahmad is friendly and I truly recommend his services at Fone planet, had the privacy cover for my phone and camera done there and I am thrilled with the service. Thabk you.
