I'd like to give a big thanks to you and your team for the fantastic repair work they carried out on my car. After scraping the side of my car down a fence post I was horrified by the extortionate quotation provided by BMW to respray the door and rear of the car. After visiting Stuart and receiving his expert advice, I was very relieved by the quotation and over the moon when I got my car back to its perfect condition. I highly recommend the expertise and service provided by JSM team. This was also endorsed when my friend visited Stuart regarding some work he needed doing to his car and he received some advice from him that none of the other body repair companies had mentioned. I'd like to take the opportunity to say thank you for all your help following my car accident. When my car was hit whilst parked I called Stuart. I explained the situation to Stuart on the Monday morning and by Monday afternoon I had spoken with his legal team, had my car collected and was given a hire car. I said to Jake on the first phone call, its good to talk to someone with a positive and helpful attitude. I was not disappointed with this company, this approach to customer care applies to all the staff. From the start I felt included in the decisions related to the body repair work to my car. If you are looking for a company to repair the bodywork on your car then don’t disregard this company, in my view, its worth the time to get a quote and speak to people who won’t rip you off and know what they are talking about. My car is 9 years old with less than 30K mileage and is worth around 6K, I intend to keep it and spent 1K on it recently with new tyres discs etc. In my case I decided not to claim on my car insurance for the repair. It is entirely possible that a new tailgate and associated new parts fixed by a car bodywork repair shop selected by the insurer would exceed the value of the car and deemed: ‘ A total loss beyond economical repair’. Step in JSM Vehicle Solutions Limited, they sourced and fitted an ‘as good as new tailgate’ and within 2 weeks they had my car back and on the road looking no different to before a flying roof tile from my house totalled the tailgate.
