Well, where do I start from the polite staff, to the unloading my goods and calling me when they arrive so I can allocate them away is great, I have been with many storage units within the Preston area and I’ve not experienced service as good as safestore.

Amazing customer service, Husnaa was very helpful in giving information about the units. Clean and safe. Fairly prices. 100% recommend.

I have used Stor It for fourteen years. They have provided a wonderful service at a very good price Everything about them is first class. Even if you haven’t been for a while they remember you and which unit you have. It’s been a joy and a privilege to use their store. It’s a sad day that I no longer have a need for it. I have also used their confidential shredding service which is first class and very competitive on price. Thank you for all your help and support.

Easily the best value storage facility in Preston and the surrounding area. The units are clean and very secure but the icing on the cake are the staff. they are so friendly and helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use again.

Kind friendly people with very clean and spacious storage units to fit both personal and professional storage needs. Will be using them in the future and recommending to loved ones.

Used this company for several months to store for a house move and work gear. Facility is brilliant, fully secure and completely trustworthy. Opened and closed my account with a really helpful and knowledgable member of staff called Rain who was a pleasure to speak with. She dealt with all the admin and insurance and made it a breeze, she's a credit to the company! Wouldn't use anyone else now. Gaz.

Excellent service, clean and safe. Rain and Riah are exceptionally helpful and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble and will definitely recommend and will be using again soon.

Really easy to get a storage room, staff was nice all the time and they will keep your things safe.
