It is our best luck to meet up with Lee on the house extension works. Lee demonstrates strong leadership, superb project management and problem solving skills, at a reasonable price. He and his team work on tight schedule and meet/exceed all my expectations. My kitchen extension, full house re-flooring and front/back garden works took less than 3 months to complete and met the agreed schedule as planned. It is brilliant! During the works, there were some new requirements from the authorities and Lee had his extensive networks and experiences sorted them out in a short time. He focuses on my project throughout the period. As a customer, it is peace of mind to let Lee and his team to manage the project. Lee is also explaining the works in details and patience. It lets me know what are going to do next. His team is great too. They did the works carefully in your house. I would recommend my friends to ring Lee for any works needed. We couldn’t recommended Lee and his team at Stockport Designs and Build highly enough. We are really pleased with the standard, price and quality of the work we had done, which was completed in time for Christmas, all with minimum fuss and disruption to our family. We had our drive done at the front in Indian stone and an organery built on the back of our property, the amount of positive feedback and comments with have about the work from both family and friends just shows how pleased we are are with the finished work and the high standard they work to. The communication we had with Lee throughout the work was really impressive, he always let us know what was happening and when, keeping us up to date and to timescale. He was always ready to answer any question we had and nothing was too much trouble. We have in the past had mixed feelings and comments about some of the building work we have had done by others, but not this time and will defiantly use Stockpot Designs and Build again in the future.

We first met Lee and the gang when he did our extension 5 years ago, and we couldn't be more impressed by the workmanship, professionalism and high standards throughout the build - Lee is a great guy, great communicator and ensured the project ran smooth from beginning to end. Lee and the team have been back in recent weeks to render the outside of the house and do other building work. Again the works have been top notch and to a high standard. It was great to see them all again...Big thanks to Lee, Phil, Greenie, Luke and Mike for all their hard work. Can't recommend them enough!!

K W & S Builders where amazing! They did both of our bathrooms full tiles and insulation and even made a hallway!!! I was impressed how fast and efficient they worked, and at a very reasonable price. The job has been done to a high standard, everything was done just the way we wanted it. They worked professionally and no complaints! Can’t wait for our next project Brilliant work keep it up!

Very professional friendly, easy to work with and responsive. Provide professional advice and quick and easy solutions to any problems faced during the build. The only builders which were able to provide me with a quick design and fix when converting my garage which was on different level to the house.

I had to build large extension to the rear of the house. It has a toilet and a walking in shower. One large room and and a hallway. The KWS handled everything perfectly. From removing existing conservatory to paving the garden at the end of the job. Absolutely zero headache for me. They were very professional and considerate. You would barely notice that they are on the site, they managed to keep the noise down to a minimum. Also they kept to schedule and were very informative about the steps they were taking. Quality of work is second to none the finish looks spotless. Very impressed with the tiling finish, the bathroom looks dazzling. Truly amassing experience, not to mention that they are very competitive when it comes to price. Would I recommend them - a big "Yes".
