Contacted the window company as had water running down the inside of the external wall and into the bedroom above the window. Turned out I needed a cavity tray and lintel.....phoned a few builders and quotes without a window were quite expensive....contacted the window company to see how much to do cavity tray, lintel and window and the quote was a bit more but also came with a guarantee (no brainer)....I went with the quote and the work was booked in. This was a big job and when Andy and Adam turned up, they were very professional and let me know what they would be doing. This was a very messy job and they kept the place clean and tidy ....carpet protectors were put down and they worked pretty much non stop without a break (grafters). True credit to the company..... I would definitely recommend this company for any work required and you definitely get what you pay for. If i ever need any work undertaken I will definitely ask for Andy and Adam. Fitters came on time and had to struggle with a difficult job removing the old frame, when I rang up to say a bit had been missed it was finished the next day . Looks great and visitors have said the same. Helpful when you phone up and they give an accurate date to fit. Had new front door and porch door fitted in one day

Kris is my go to guy when it comes to windows in my rental properties. He is fast to respond, fair with his prices and conducts himself professionally with myself and my tenants. He recently replaced two failed sealed units and adjusted a hinge in an apartment. He kindly sent me photos to show the work completed as the tenant had reported me to the council in revenge for being served notice for non-payment of rent and numerous breaches of his tenancy agreement. Unfortunately the tenant has now started accusing Kris of spying and is harassing him by text messages and posting one star reviews everywhere he can. I hope that the various platforms will appreciate that the review is abuse and remove it but in the meantime I wanted to set the record straight. I can highly recommend Kris and his company for their great products, competitive prices and exemplary professional conduct when dealing with even the most difficult of situations. Thanks Kris for another great job and my sincerest apologies that you have been targeted by my tenant. I hope it won't put you off doing work for me in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service from K&M from start to finish. A non pushy quote and communication from Kris, which was very reasonably priced compared to other quotes and much better communication. The windows and doors fitted are really good quality, and look great. The fitters were also really polite, helpful and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely 100% recommend.
