We called during the day on a Saturday on the off chance there’d be a table for two available. The restaurant was fully booked however called back shortly after to say they’d had a cancellation and could now arrange a table. Result! We were sat in their new garden room which was lovely. As always the food was superb and the service exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our night and can’t wait to return.

This has become our favourite restaurant. From the moment you arrive you are treated superbly - nothing is too much trouble and the service is very personal and friendly. The menu is vast and dishes can be altered to suit your tastes. All the food is delicious and beautifully presented.

Love it every second. The food and the service were great. Staff was friendly and polite, they were interested in our opinion about food, but weren't intrusive. Nice and romantic atmosphere. Definitely I highly recommend it.

Great menu and great service, nice atmosphere and a pleasant place for dinner to catch up with friends. Food is always enjoyable and staff are attentive. Sometimes there’s a high demand as the restaurant is popular and full at times, the staff really seem to go over and above to ensure they provide service to all their customers! Always an enjoyable night and looking forward to returning soon. (Picture: Posh pepperoni pizza. Honeycomb smash cheesecake.

We had a great meal for our friends birthday, the Food was really good and we had a lovely evening. Millie our waitress was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble! Thank you Millie for your great service! We will be back : ).

There was a group of eleven of us, orders taken and food provided, quickly and efficiently. The food was hot and of a good standard. Wild done.

I recently visited Chelmsford and from the variety of restaurants to choose from I choose Zizzi to grab a bite to eat. How glad I was that I did, the atmosphere was brilliant busy but great. From entering I was greeted by friendly & knowledgeable staff. The menus had excellent choices, the food arrived in good time and the meal was delicious. Great value for money and I definitely recommend Zizzi in Chelmsford, I know I will be going there again.

First experience in house as usually just takeaway however not disappointed. Staff were lovely, patient and kind. We had a huge booking and they managed to cater all our meals in a timely manner as well as drinks. Hats off this great team Saturday 9th night.

Highly recommended great service and great quality polite service.
