I had the best experience at Vision Express Oxford Street thanks to Yusuf, Aimen, Steven and Amrit. From the moment I walked in, they were so welcoming and genuinely attentive. They took the time to understand my eye condition and explained in detail which frames and lenses would work best for me. Their knowledge and professionalism were outstanding, but what really stood out was how patient and friendly they were throughout the process. Choosing new glasses can feel overwhelming, but with their guidance it became an enjoyable experience. I left feeling confident that I had picked the perfect pair, both in terms of style and practicality. I attended Safarian & Simon yesterday as a new patient ,having sourced them as experts in eyesight testing, among other things, as I was unhappy with my two previous eyesight tests this year and the resultant prescriptions and wanted the most thorough testing currently available as a private patient. I was received very courteously by everyone and saw Sachin Patel for my eyesight test. He was very professional and extremely competent. He examined my eyes very thoroughly indeed with the aid of four different machines, at least two of which I hadn't experienced before, as well as the usual flash card sight tests. Sachin identified the cause of my symptoms and why my previous tests and prescriptions had proved unsatisfactory. He showed me all the test results on his computer screens and explained their significance and why he was recommending cataract surgery. He gave me the names and details of two excellent ophthalmic surgeons for my consideration and subsequently supplied a referral letter together images of the relevant tests. Based on my experience yesterday I have no hesitation in recommending Safarian & Simon in general, and Sachin Patel in particular, to anyone seeking excellent eyesight care.
