I was recommended to Camilla by a sports injury surgeon after tearing my shoulder in two places doing aerial hoop. I had spent two years waking up in pain and constantly re injuring myself. I had resigned myself to never doing hoop again and the surgeon who directed me to Camilla said it would be unlikely I’d get back to hoop without surgery but if anyone could do it, Camilla could. Camilla used a combination of physio, acupuncture and massage and gave me strength building exercises to do daily. She would take photos and send them to me to help me when I was at home. I think I attended around 5 sessions and although the scale of the injury means I’ll always be a bit wonky, I am pain free and back on the hoop. This would not have happened without Camilla. Cannot honestly recommend her more for shoulder injuries.

I was recommended to Lisa for my lower back pain. She gave me treatment like acupuncture and massage which were really helpful. Plus the exercises she taught me to do on a daily base significantly reduced the uncomfortableness. Lisa was so nice and I felt like I was treated like a friend more than a patient. In general, the service was really and I highly recommend this place for physiotherapy.

As many remote workers, I suffer from severe back pain caused by too many hours in front of the computer without proper rest and stretching routines. I visited CHP after seeing some of the reviews about Tatjana and the results are great. She is excellent as a sport massage therapist and always gives golden tips to stay healthy and improve mobility. 100% recommended.

I have been going to Physio4life Putney for a couple of weeks now, post meniscal tear knee surgery. My experience with them from booking appointments to seeing my Physiotherapists has been nothing but amazing. The staff are very warm and accomodating. Yusra, Damoya and Mona Lisa. My Therapist, Danny Sriranjan is a very professional person. Both knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. But what I really appreciate about him is his passion towards his work and how thorough he is with his patients in providing the best course of therapy to get us back on our feet, so to speak. We are both happy with the ongoing outcome of my therapy. All in all, thank you very much for all that you do for me and all your patients.

I have been a patient in this clinic for quite some time for physio. I have always found the practice highly professional and effective having several different injuries treated there over the years. In particular my current physio Danny has been instrumental in heling me manage issues i have in my should and hips. He has excellent knowledge, professional and a very good guy.

Excellent physio treatment from start to finish. Danny provided exceptional care for my knee injury - informative, attentive and very personalised. Would highly recommend if you need physio rehab in and around Putney.

Kanvi at One Body LDN came highly recommended from my doctor, and I saw her for ankle rehab after a deep sprain, as well as for a few neck and back issues She was absolutely incredible and highly knowledgeable - knew exactly what to target, and has helped me build up strength and confidence to the extent that I can now run and exercise again without pain or issues She was also incredibly accommodating, and adapted my exercise schedule to help me build enough strength for a hiking holiday, far faster than I otherwise would have. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an attentive, helpful physio. The facilities are great too.
