Excellent pharmacy. Their appliances unit is great because they have staff that can do measurements for things like stockings and compression garments. The wait times can be insane if you want to see someone specific but it is absolutely worth it. This place was recommended to me by an NHS surgeon twenty years ago, and he said I would be treated by experts here, and I was. I still like going there from time to time when I need measurements for my stockings.

I came by a few months ago when I became sick during my vacation. John Bell was the only pharmacy near me and decided to give it a try and it was the best experience i’ve had! Feliciano helped me sort out the products I needed accordingly and had such a friendly service attitude! Will come by again on my next visit to London.

My doctor recommended this home care product. Great! My skin has gotten much better.

The people who helped me today were amazing. First I give my warm thank you to the lovely lady at the reception who knew I was in for a blood draw and was getting the process ready for me, and then secondly I extend that warm thank you to the wonderful woman who received me to take me to the consultation room for the blood draw. Was all very quick, and it was not even painful at all I was surprised it was already over lol. A massive thank you to them for real.

I have many times have had to release my prescription because my usually pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock. Northfield Pharmacy always has the medication and this is so important as it is usually required for an elderly vascular dementia patient. I would call them, ask and by the time I have had the prescription released, they would immediately pick up the request and in 25 minutes everything is fine and less worrying.

Excellent service as usual from this brilliant pharmacy. It is a true community asset providing support for Northfields residents and beyond. The staff are always very professional and caring. We are very lucky to have them.
