Mr Shah is a fantastic consultant and surgeon. He provided me with full details of what surgery and recovery plan would involve. He was reassuring and supportive throughout the whole operation and recovery process and was available to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs hip and knee advice and/or surgery.

The man who saved my life! That’s who Zameer Shah is to me and my family. I had a life changing experience and his quick intervention in my care pathway saved my leg. He did the most amazing job with such precision that my bandages were “spotlessly clean” from the first time it was changed after surgery and again the second time before being told I didn’t need a bandage. These were the words of the nurse who held it up in surprise and called one of the nurses to show her the outcome. I can move around with my son because of him. Forever grateful Dr Shah..God bless you and yours.

I had a right hip replacement operation in Blackheath Hospital performed by Mr Shah (under NHS) 3 months ago. Mr Shah was so empathetic and easy to talk too about any concerns I had regarding the operation and I have seen him 3 times since. I would most definitely recommend Mr Shah.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr.Kash Aktar for my knee issues, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care I received. From the very first consultation, Dr. Kash demonstrated exceptional expertise, professionalism, and compassion. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and the available treatment options, ensuring I felt informed and confident about the plan moving forward. This was very different from different consultants I had seen earlier who rushed to book me a surgery. Here I am 9 months later walking on my legs without surgery – only physio. I am extremely grateful to Dr.Kash and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of orthopedic care.

My experience with Kash was excellent, I would recommend him to anyone needing advice on a knee issue. At every stage he explained the process (happily answering all my questions), in a way that was easy to understand and showed great knowledge. The recover in the days straight after my operation was excellent, he is focused on returning his patients to health as quickly as possible.

Kash is a great practitioner! He is very personable and professional. He identified my knee injuries that I had endured over the decades and gave a time window to see if there was any bettering for the diagnosed Osteonecrosis before discussing a possible knee replacement. Two months later, Sonk had visibly improved and I was released. I am slowly starting my running routine again and am seeing a physio to build up the strength. A great surgeon who helps you to do the right thing! I can only recommend Kash highly for anything to do with knees.Thank you Kash.
