We were impressed with One Therapy right from the beginning. They were professional and responded to emails very quickly. Making our first appointment was easy, and they were extremely flexible with both of our working lives. We had an extremely positive experience with Tom. It felt that he really understood us, and what we wanted to get out of our time together. He provided a space for open, honest conversations leading to the results both of us wanted. I booked my appointment online, which was easy to do. The first therapist I wanted to see did not have any appointments available so I had to book my second choice. I am so happy I did! The therapist I booked was perfect. She made me feel comfortable right away. This was my first time in counselling so I didn’t really know what to do. With her, I felt like she understood me and talking to her was easy. For me, she was amazing. I saw my therapist for 8 months. I have always had problems with feeling low and anxiety, especially around other people. Counselling helped me understand why I feel this way. I now have less anxiety and I feel more confident than I ever have. I can’t thank my therapist enough. I didn’t know what to expect from counselling but I feel like a different person. I’m glad I did it.

We got exactly the kind of help that we needed. Our therapist was empathetic and intelligent, giving us all the space and the right prompts we needed to work through our mental barriers. The first improvements were noticeable already just after the first four sessions. We didn't deal much with One Therapy directly; except for the initial booking, we handled everything through the therapist. However, everything was set up and organized professionally and we never had any issues.

In my life I had a lot of issues that I considered resolved, because a lot of time has passed. I originally started to go to therapy, because I had questions about certain behaviours that I did. With the help of an amazing therapist Tania Turner I manage to find answers, but also more questions which helps me understand myself more. I also understood that even though time helps heal the pain it doesn’t necessarily make the traumatic experiences go away. I believe therapy is an excellent way to revisit and learn how to navigate through those experiences.

Tania Turner from Klearminds has been absolutely great. Would highly recommend her services. She is patient, helpful, professional and has had a great impact on helping us to communicate better and manage life changing events as a couple.

I am currently taking part in the Mental Health Coaching course that is offered by the clinic. As a postgraduate, this course has been a great way to continue learning and practising my therapeutic skills. The insight you gain from trained professionals is invaluable and delves a bit deeper than undergraduate learning. The time commitment is ideal for someone working full time. I work full time and volunteer - however, I find I am still able to fit this course into my schedule and get the most out of it. This course is perfect for someone (like myself) wishing to embark on a career in clinical psychology and take the next steps on to their masters/doctorate courses.

I came across Dr Becky on YouTube years ago, as I was struggling with anxiety/panic attacks severely. I wouldn’t even drink coffee. I messaged her on Instagram and she was so responsive and kind. I’ve received treatment from both Saskia and Vivi. The three of them combined, have given me the strength to go through each day much easier and I have about two cups of coffee a day lol, if not more. I’m based in the US and specifically chose this clinic based on their reputation and caring staff. While my insurance doesn't cover the cost because I’m in a different country, their fees are still very affordable and worth it for me. They’re excellent at working with you if money is an issue. Love this clinic and recommend it to everyone here in the US that I know.

I have been doing the Mental Health Coaching course for the past couple of months and I can tell you that it has been absolutely amazing. It has broadened my knowledge of psychological disorders and different therapy modalities so much. Every week I learn something new. They also make it super interesting. It fits with my full time job perfectly. All the psychologists who have been teaching it are amazing and so knowledgeable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to widen their knowledge or is looking for more experience and learning and wants to apply for a Doctorate or masters. I feel confident that this course has helped me extremely on my journey of becoming a psychologist myself.
