Amazing practice, truly professional individuals, from the vets to the receptionists. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Although I have other vets closer to home, this place is absolutely worth the hour-long bus ride. They’re genuinely passionate about animals and took the time to explain everything patiently, as Moka (my 5 month old kitten) is my first pet. A special shout-out to Dominic, absolutely phenomenal.

Always a great experience at the Blackheath Vet! We had a routine appointment (made conveniently online, for the second half of the week), which was done promptly on time. My dog was assessed and treated with care and he was done in 15 minutes. He walked away happily with a treat. Thank you.

Exceptional clinic! Doctor Gav was simply brilliant, attentive and caring and she pulled out two grass seeds from my baby Archie’s ears smoothly! I can’t recommend enough the clinic staff are amazing and super friendly! Plus my boy got treats and was not scared at all by the vet visit! Thanks so much.

I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. They genuinely care and don’t just look for the most expensive option. They truly consult and make sure you understand everything. Your pet comes first always with them.
