One of my go to’s in Brighton. Lovely team, always so welcoming and helpful. Their pastries are unbeatable honestly, never stale or dry. The coffee is good, especially for the price. I just love this place. They also have a loyalty scheme card that gives you free coffee after 10 drinks!

We stopped in for a coffee and cake late afternoon on Saturday. The team were really lovely and helpful with allergy questions. We sat at a nice table by the window. We had slices of the carrot cake and chocolate cake - both were exceptional and very generous slices. Coffee was also perfect with velvety milk.

Great bakery offerings with cutr environment. Carrot cake is decadent and moist with nice frosting. Coffees are okey.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Good price. Quick service. Must must try. The almond croissant was amazing (no photo taken cos we started eating it too quickly haha), we ordered one and as it was so good we wanted to order another one but it had sold out already by 12:30pm! probably because its so popular. :) Highly recommend this place. Will definitely come again.

Wow! What a surprise. My friend and I just wanted a coffee after a train ride into Brighton and before we started shopping. We couldn't resist the almond pain au chocolat. We both agree, it was the best we have ever eaten. Better than in France. I could have bought so many cakes, drank more coffee and forgotten the real reason we were in Brighton. A fantastic find. Thank you Julien and your wonderful staff.

This place is run by people who care. The macarons are clearly made out of love. The staff member who took our order neatly packed the 6 macaroons and put a ribbon bow on the pack. They taste just lovely.

HELLENIC BAKERY BRIGHTON REVIEWS

Delightful bakery with a great range of options, a great choice of baklava, other pastries and desserts as well as savouries which I didn't look at. The interior was nice and warm, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I got a chocolate cannoli, pistachio baklava and a crescent shaped pistachio white chocolate filled filo pastry who's name I forgot. Only got a photo of the baklava which was delicious and my favourite of the three.

What an awesome bakery. This coming from a fellow Greek. The cakes and the tartes and generally all the sweets look amazing. They also had biscuits to accommodate for Lent. I definitely recommend a visit here if you happen to pass by. I definitely will, very soon.

On our walk back from our son's graduation event along the Brighton seafront to West Dean, we needed a coffee!! Stopped here for 2 black americanos and several cookies. Very friendly greeting & service. Had a table outside taking in the ambience and then on our way.
