THE REGENCY RESTAURANT REVIEWS
The seafood was so fresh. Ordered the fried platter and the seafood extravaganza platter Omg the extravaganza platter... I crave it often, such delicious succulent pieces of fish. Also the butter sauce is Phenomenal. Can't wait to go back.
Superb spaghetti vongole and very friendly service. They were happy to accommodate our dog too and even moved us inside when it started raining, all with no fuss. I'll most likely be coming back here whenever I'm next in Brighton.
Oh! The Brighton's Fish and Chips with the finest blend of Cod. Also, ordered their Grilled Prawns in garlic. Lovely food.

THE SALT ROOM REVIEWS
We had such a lovely meal, thank you. The lunchtime ‘surf n turf’ was superb. The steak was cooked as we asked, medium rare, very tender and the scallops, prawn's were delicious. In addition , the service was exemplary - our server was very attentive and helpful, a blond haired lady. Really nice. It made our Anniversary extra special. A final word on the delicious garlic potatoes that came with the meal. If one of your chefs could find the time to supply the recipe (I’m happy to make a charitable donation) I’d be eternally grateful.
Me and my wife recently had lunch at Salt Room. We are local and we have been numerous times. The food was beautifully cooked - and the John Dorey fish was the best we have ever tasted. The whole experience was superb and to be served by Patrick was just perfect. He took time to go through the menu - impressed as always and will be back in three weeks. We cannot wait.
Second time we have visited before a show at Brighton Centre and both times we have enjoyed a fantastic meal. Service was first class, so friendly and informative regarding food and drink choices. We will definitely be returning.

RIDDLE & FINNS THE LANES REVIEWS
We were in Brighton for a week and went back twice in three days. The first time we had the sashimi as a main, the Singapore chilli crab and the catch of the day, Dover sole. Additionally, you get bread and dips to start - THE MOST AMAZING salmon dip and taramasalata I’ve ever had. The second time back we had the crispy squid, a special of mussels, a caviar bump, lemon sole and Dover sole. We sat outside as we love to watch the chefs work and they interacted with us even though it was a packed Saturday night. The food was so incredible that we went back a few days later and the head chef remembered us. I have a garlic allergy but wanted one of the specials and he made it up for me fresh with no hesitation. The maître d was different on both nights but equally amazing service. Had we been in Brighton longer we would’ve gone a third time. A great spot for a date night.
really very tasty. The pasta is tastier than in Italy)) If you sit outside, you get the feeling that the restaurant works only for you, and inside it is very cozy and romantic. The service is excellent, as is the wine list.
A seafood lovers paradise! Third time here and has never disappointed. Being able to get a shellfish main course under £20 is a winning factor and especially when it tastes as good as it does. Fav dish the shellfish risotto followed closely by the shellfish linguine
