Wow… I wanted to celebrate selling my first piece of art by taking myself on a date and Sushi Garden was the total perfect place for this!!! The atmosphere was so calming and peaceful and the food was so flavoursome, varied and satisfying! I had the salmon bento box and usually I’m not bothered about salad but their salad with the avocado had such a tasty sauce on it that I loved it! So fresh! And the ginseng tea is a must! Healing properties and delicious.

Loved the food. Really stood out for its authentic taste. Lots of vegetarian options and good list of drinks too! The quantity is less for its price! Very sweet staff and wonderful ambience!

This is a lovely, cozy restaurant not far from the seafront. Our server was so nice, welcoming, and attentive. I was highly impressed with the Chef’s special dessert, a creative spin on tiramisu that was really good! If you’re nearby, I highly recommend visiting!

Looked like an Itsu, tasted like Itsu… safe to say it was an Itsu. The chicken gyozas and Klean Katsu Chicken are always a firm favourite which doesn’t disappoint! Wouldn’t waste your money on a drink or mochi as this small plate came to £14.

we were served by Anna M and she was so lovely and welcoming and really happy to help me with my allergen questions! thank you for making my day.

I didn’t even have time to take a photo of the sushi cause I devoured it. SO GOOD. The miso soup was good too but the tofu inside was the best. Most people get sushi but I wanna try noodles next time.

SUSHIMANIA BRIGHTON REVIEWS

We had the all-you-can-eat buffet, came to just over £100 for 4 of us. Everything was freshly made to order, with high quality ingredients. Service was superb, we were seated quickly and the ordering system was explained clearly. All waiters were polite and attentive, our table was cleared and refilled without delay and water was topped up frequently. The entire experience was faultless and incredible value for such a delicious meal. We will definitely be back again.

The unlimited sushi here is excellent. Me and my friends usually average about 4 or 5 rounds with the two of us. There is a wide selection of sushi and hot food included in the deal. I absolutely loved the tempura sweet potato rolls, as well as the salmon and avocado futomaki. I also love the tempura prawns and the teryaki salmon. My favourites however were probably the salmon nigiri and the inari nigiri. Excellent. Great service, very quick, if you go for lunch the atmosphere is awkward because it is so quiet, but the service is so fast.

Loved the food. Showed up close to closing and staff were very accommodating and lovely. The quality of food definitely wasn’t skimped out on so close to close time. Will definitely visit again.
