Thanks God we passed through this Greek GEM in Brighton! We were for a day visit from London for a Sunday roast, but You CANNOT dismiss this Greek Heaven. The food is OUT of this WORLD.. service is soooooo kind, welcoming, and exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes GREAT food and service. The BEST thing is that there is no service charge, so feel free to add a couple of pounds extra!

It was bright, open, and very welcoming. Staff were all happy, smiling, and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing, pipping hot and full of flavour! I was going to go back the next day too! Definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the area and you're a fan of Greek food.

Wow what an excellent find. The food was incredible - every single dish was delicious. The service was extremely friendly & on point. Lovely ambience with Greek music playing in the background. We had a superb night here & would highly recommend it to anyone that wants authentic Greek food with a smile. We will definitely be back when next in town.

KAMBIS LEBANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

Tried the shawarmas at Kambis Lebanese Restaurant on Western Road in Brighton, and they were amazing. These shawarmas are some of the best I've ever had. They are packed with flavour and just the right size; not too small that you feel like you need more, and not too big that you feel overly stuffed.

Delicious food and lovely service. Had chicken kabsa and shish tavuk, both were too good. Highly recommended. Best halal food you can get in Brighton. Would definitely visit again.

We moved out of Brighton almost 7 years ago and this used to be our absolute favourite for a shawarma wrap. Went back today as we were in the area and got two to go and it’s exactly how we remembered , the quality the exact same , flavour, taste and overall great service! Amazing after all this time that they have kept their values and overall service and quality the same! Need to make more trips back! Outstanding.

We came here during summer and I completely forgot to review until now! Literally everything we had was absolutely incredible. The filo cheese starter rolls, god I could eat 100 of them. The chicken main was delicious. I'm so excited for the next time we visit Brighton so we can come back here. Everything seriously was perfect and I can be difficult to please. Our server was also so lovely and chatty, welcoming and a delight. Unfortunately it's been long enough that I don't remember his name!

Met my friend who was visiting the UK from China. Another friend who lives in the location area recommended this restaurant. The starter was on the small side for 4 adults. I think we should have ordered two. The chicken I had for the main course was really tasty. It had that char gilled taste, at the same time the juice of the meat was locked in. The steak my friend ordered was good too. The staff was friendly and recommended some alcohol drinks which we've never had before. He was knowledgeable about the cuisine and drinks. The dessert we had was too sweet for me.

If you like baklava, we have a tip for you! Yelken Restaurant in Brighton has the BEST baklava ever! Not to mention delicious falafel plate, meze sharing platters, and butterfly shrimp. Don’t forget the Turkish coffee. The atmosphere is fantastic with nice seating and relaxing music playing. Outstanding service too! Go see Kamil and everyone at Yelken and you will be very glad that you did!
